Sign a standard rental agreement* between 9 April 2025 and 2 June 2025 inclusive with a start date of up to 4 July 2025 inclusive.
Be a new Nexity Studéa tenant (i.e. anyone who has never previously been a tenant in a NEXITY STUDEA residence or anyone whose last
NEXITY STUDEA rental contract ended more than a year ago before signing the new contract)
Occupy the Studéa apartment for at least 6 months from the effective date of the rental contract **

* The rent includes the rent including tax for the rental of the accommodation but does not include additional options and services that may be subscribed to in addition by each tenant and which
must be paid for where applicable (including a list of optional services) by the tenant - See conditions with our residence managers. To benefit from this offer, the tenant must remain on the premises
for at least 6 months from the effective date of their rental contract.
**Furnished rental contract for use as a primary residence subject to the provisions of Law No. 89-462 of 6th July 1989, with the aim of improving rental relationships. Should the tenant wish to go on
holiday for any reason whatsoever within the first six months of the lease, the amount of the discount on the rent offered in September as part of this offer will be reinvoiced by Nexity Studéa on the
tenant’s departure.

processing operations and are intended for the relevant NEXITY Group services, and, if required, their subcontractors and service providers. The latter are subject to an obligation of confidentiality
and may only use your data in compliance with our contractual provisions and legislation.
The data is kept for a duration which may not exceed 3 months from receiving a deletion request.
Pursuant to legislation in force, you are entitled to exercise your rights to access, amend and delete the data, limit processing, object and request to portability thereof. You can also define directives
pertaining to retention, deletion and communication of your personal data after your death.
