Sign a standard rental contract* between 8 April 2026 and 2 June 2026 inclusive, with a possible deferred effective date of the contract
before 7 July 2026 inclusive, i.e. when the contract is signed, NEXITY STUDEA and the tenant may agree a later effective date of the contract,
which may be set up to and including 7 July 2026.
Be a new Nexity Studéa tenant (i.e. anyone who has never previously been a tenant in a NEXITY STUDEA residence or anyone whose last
NEXITY STUDEA rental contract ended more than a year ago before signing the new contract).
Occupy the Studéa apartment for a minimum of 6 months from the effective date of the lease agreement **

* The amount of the rent includes the rent inclusive of tax (excluding electricity flat rate) for the rental of the accommodation but does not include additional options and services that may be subscribed
to in addition by each tenant and that will have to be paid for where applicable (in particular a list of optional services) by the tenant excluding the support offered on a daily basis (psychological
